Eric Chong, a chemical engineering graduate turned culinary trailblazer, made history as one of the youngest winners of CTV's MasterChef Canada at just 21 years old. He honed his craft under the mentorship of Alvin Leung at his 3-Michelin Starred restaurant Bo Innovation.
Today, Eric is the co-owner and executive chef of Toronto's aKin andR&D , a culinary hotspot renowned for its innovative fusion of Asian and Canadian cuisines, as well as his newest venture aKin. His impact spans food, lifestyle, and fashion, with appearances in numerous TV segments and publications that highlight his role as a leading figure in the culinary world.
